Seasoned Baked Pretzels
If you’ve ever grabbed a bag of Dot’s Pretzels, you already know how dangerously addictive they are. These Seasoned Baked Pretzels have that same bold, savory flavor with a crispy, crunchy finish.

That buttery, garlicky, slightly tangy seasoning somehow turns a plain pretzel into the ultimate snack—you can’t stop at just one! But here’s the good news: you can make them at home, and they’re so easy.
They’re tossed in a buttery ranch-style seasoning and slow-baked until every twist is coated in golden perfection. Perfect for game days, road trips, holiday snacking, or just when you need something salty and satisfying.
The best part? You only need a few pantry ingredients and about 10 minutes of hands-on time. Once you make a batch, you’ll never want to go back to store-bought again!

What you’ll need
- A large sheet pan– 22″x15″ or 2 smaller 11’x17″
- Oil– canola oil, vegetable oil or melted butter
- Seasonings– a packet of ranch dry mis, lemon pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder
- Snyder’s Sourdough Hard Pretzels
How to make it
These crispy, flavor-packed pretzels are the perfect make-ahead snack for game day, road trips, or just whenever you’re craving something salty and bold. Here’s how to make them:
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Crush the pretzels
Place the pretzels in a large bag or bowl and gently crush them into bite-sized pieces using your hands, a meat mallet, or the bottom of a pan. You want chunks—not crumbs!

Step 3: Add oil and seasonings
Transfer the crushed pretzels to a large Ziploc bag.
- Add the oil, seal the bag, and shake it well to coat all the pretzel pieces evenly.
- Then, add your seasonings (ranch mix, garlic powder, dill, or whatever your flavor combo is), seal the bag again, and shake until everything is well mixed.
Step 4: Bake
Spread the seasoned pretzels in an even layer on a sheet pan.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once if you’d like, until the pretzels are golden and crisp.
Step 5: Cool and enjoy
Let the pretzels cool completely before serving.
They’re delicious right away, but they’re even better the next day once the flavors have had time to meld together!
