Method
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat very dry with a towel.
- Air fry the plain chickpeas at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix well. Transfer the chickpeas back into the air fryer basket and cook 15-20 minutes at 400°F until crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Return the chickpeas to the bowl and add the seasonings. Toss to coat.
- Enjoy as a snack, over a salad, tossed in to a bowl of soup, or as an addition to trail mix.
