Method

  1. Place eggs in the air fryer. If you have the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer, set it to bake. Air fry at 270°F for 15-17 minutes. My eggs are perfectly cooked at 15 minutes- see the cooking guide in the tips below.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, fill a large mixing bowl with ice water.
  3. When the eggs are finished cooking, immediately add them to the ice water bath and let them cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs- I find peeling them under cool running water is the easiest way to peel.
  5. Dice the cooled, cooked, and peeled eggs and add to a mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix all ingredients together, adding more seasoning as desired and spread eggs salad on bread or buns.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days.

*This guide is based on my air fryer, the Cosori TurboBlaze. All air fryers are different, so cooking times may vary. For the first time, test 1 egg at the lower desired cook time before continuing with a whole batch.
I used the "bake" setting on my air fryer.
