Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup relish optional
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Method
- Place eggs in the air fryer. If you have the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer, set it to bake. Air fry at 270°F for 15-17 minutes. My eggs are perfectly cooked at 15 minutes- see the cooking guide in the tips below.
- While the eggs are cooking, fill a large mixing bowl with ice water.
- When the eggs are finished cooking, immediately add them to the ice water bath and let them cool for 15 minutes.
- Peel the eggs- I find peeling them under cool running water is the easiest way to peel.
- Dice the cooled, cooked, and peeled eggs and add to a mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together, adding more seasoning as desired and spread eggs salad on bread or buns.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days.

Cooking Guide:
Air fryer temp 270°F
9 minutes-very soft boiled
12 minutes-soft boiled
15 minutes- perfect middle, not too soft, not too hard
17 minutes- very hard boiled, complete hard yellow center
*This guide is based on my air fryer, the Cosori TurboBlaze. All air fryers are different, so cooking times may vary. For the first time, test 1 egg at the lower desired cook time before continuing with a whole batch.
