Air Fryer Kielbasa and Peppers

Air Fryer Kielbasa and Peppers is a delicious dinner that cooks easily in your air fryer in less than 15 minutes. Quick prep time, quick cooking time and just 5 ingredients makes it a perfect busy weeknight dinner.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 14 ounce packages kielbasa
  • 2 bell peppers diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Method

  1. Slice the kielbasa into coins, dice the peppers and onions. Keep the peppers and onions larger to cook at the same rate as the kielbasa.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until coated. Pour into the air fryer basket. (If your basket is smaller, cook in 2 batches or use one package of kielbasa instead of 2 packages)
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 10-13 minutes (I like my kielbasa crispy so 13 minutes is good for me. Cook less if you don’t like crispy kielbasa)
  4. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you do not like your kielbasa crispy, check it at 9-10 minutes to see if it's done to your liking. I love mine on the crispy-almost burnt-side, so 13 minutes is perfect for me.
  • If you are cooking your kielbasa, peppers, and onions for 10 minutes, cut the veggies smaller so they are tender when finished.
  • Don't like peppers and onions? No problem! Sub them with a different veggie, such as broccoli, zucchini, carrots, or asparagus.
  • Not a fan of Cajun seasoning? Try a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Lemon pepper would be great!
