Ingredients
Method
- Slice the kielbasa into coins, dice the peppers and onions. Keep the peppers and onions larger to cook at the same rate as the kielbasa.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until coated. Pour into the air fryer basket. (If your basket is smaller, cook in 2 batches or use one package of kielbasa instead of 2 packages)
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-13 minutes (I like my kielbasa crispy so 13 minutes is good for me. Cook less if you don’t like crispy kielbasa)
- Serve over rice and enjoy!

Notes
- If you do not like your kielbasa crispy, check it at 9-10 minutes to see if it's done to your liking. I love mine on the crispy-almost burnt-side, so 13 minutes is perfect for me.
- If you are cooking your kielbasa, peppers, and onions for 10 minutes, cut the veggies smaller so they are tender when finished.
- Don't like peppers and onions? No problem! Sub them with a different veggie, such as broccoli, zucchini, carrots, or asparagus.
- Not a fan of Cajun seasoning? Try a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Lemon pepper would be great!
