Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 oz dry pasta
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1½ cups beef broth
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Brown ground beef with seasonings; drain.
- Add beef, pasta, marinara, broth, ketchup, mustard, and heavy cream to dish. Stir well.
- Cover and bake 35 minutes.
- Uncover, stir, add cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until bubbly and pasta is tender.
- Serve with a side salad or your favorite veg for a winning weeknight family dinner.
