Ingredients
- 2 cups seasoned chicken either rotisserie or cooked chicken cut into cubes
- 3 celery stalks and leaves diced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions sliced
- 12 ounce box rotini
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- To a large mixing bowl add the pasta, chicken, celery stalks and leaves, green onions, tomatoes, blue cheese, and carrots.
- In a separate bowl mix together the ranch and buffalo sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Chill 30 minutes to meld the flavors
