Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
Add in the stew meat, brown gravy packet, cream of mushroom soup, onions, beef broth, mushrooms, garlic, and seasonings.
Mix together.
Cover and cook on low 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Mix together the cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry, pour into the crock pot and mix well.
Cover the crock pot and continue to cook on high 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Pour the cooked noodles into the beef, mix and serve.
