Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup stone ground mustard
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard optional, for heat
- 2 teaspoons grated garlic
Method
- Spray the crock pot insert with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, honey, stone ground mustard, yellow mustard, spicy brown mustard (if using), and grated garlic.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 2½ hours.
- Spoon extra sauce over the chicken when serving. Enjoy!
