Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 6-10 pepperoncinis
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
- .87 ounce packet low sodium brown gravy or chicken gravy, turkey gravy or au jus
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into slices
Method
- Spray a 6-8 quart crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle over the ranch and gravy mix. Pour in the pepperoncini juice.
- Place the butter slices and pepperoncinis on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and serve over rice, mashed potatoes or on sandwiches.
