Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Honey
- Sea salt
Method
- Peel bananas. Cut in half and cut in half again lengthwise so you have a flat surface.
- Lay bananas on a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Melt peanut butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until pourable.
- Drizzle the peanut butter and honey over the bananas as much as you like. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and a dash of flaky sea salt.
- Freeze 30 minutes.

- Keep them in a single layer
- Avoid sealing them in an airtight container immediately after freezing, which can make the bananas mushy
