Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup Halloween M&Ms
- 1 cup candy corn
Method
- Preheat oven to 275°F
- In a microwave safe bowl combine the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30 second intervals until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth, stirring halfway through.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl combine both Chex cereals, peanuts and pretzels.
- Pour the brown sugar butter mixture into the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the snack mixture onto a parchment lined sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the snack mixture halfway.
- Let the snack mix cool. Add in the candy corn and M&Ms and mix together.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
