Ingredients
- 10 inch premade graham cracker crust
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounce can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice about 2 limes
- 8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
- green food coloring optional
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, thawed limeade concentrate, and fresh lime juice until smooth and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain. Stir in 1-2 drops of green food coloring, if desired, to give the pie a greener tint. A hand mixer can make this step even easier and help create an extra smooth filling.
- Pour the limeade mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Place the pie in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until completely firm.
- Slice and serve cold. Top with additional whipped cream and lime slices if desired.
