This Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole is perfect for any holiday morning, brunch or a lazy weekend. Throw everything in to a casserole dish the night before and let all the yumminess soak in to the brioche bread before popping it into the oven for the easiest breakfast ever!

  1. In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Add in the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined. Stir in the blueberry pie filling. Set aside.
  2. Cut the brioche into cubes. Add to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour over the blueberry mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to serve preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes. Top with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
