Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced peaches fresh, frozen/thawed, or canned/drained
- 1 1/2 cups white wine such as Pinot Grigio
- 1 cup orange juice
Method
- If you are using fresh peaches, peel them first.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks. Careful not to overfill.
- Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove popsicles from the mold and enjoy!

Notes
Any white wine or sparkling wine will work. I'm using Pinot Grigio, but Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Champagne, or Prosecco all work!
Add 1/4 cup Peach Schnapps or Aperol for a boost.
Substitute the peaches for different fruits or a blend of fruits. Strawberries, blueberries, nectarines, mango, or cantaloupe work well.
Add whole raspberries to the mixture for a pop of color and flavor.
Store popsicles in a single layer in a freezer bag in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
