Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast or tenderloins
- 3 eggs whisked
- 2-3 cups crushed potato chips
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Season the chicken on both sides.
- Add the eggs to a shallow container and the crushed chips to another container
- Dip the seasoned chicken into the eggs to coat then into the crushed chips, you might need to press the chips in
- Add to a sheet pan and bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F
