  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Season the chicken on both sides.
  3. Add the eggs to a shallow container and the crushed chips to another container
  4. Dip the seasoned chicken into the eggs to coat then into the crushed chips, you might need to press the chips in
  5. Add to a sheet pan and bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F
