Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Clean and cut the red potatoes into quarters. Place potatoes on a sheet pan.
  3. Add the the butter to a small bowl and melt in the microwave. To the bowl add in the olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Pour over the potatoes and mix together until potatoes are well coated.
  5. Bake 40 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through cooking.
