  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Generously butter a rimmed sheet pan.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together.
  4. Add in the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
  5. Pour the pancake batter onto the sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add toppings as desired.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Spread over additional butter while warm, as desired.
