A full meal on a pan; my kind of dinner! This easy Sheet Pan Sausage and Gnocchi recipe is the perfect weeknight dinner that includes spicy andouille sausage, gnocchi and herbed broccoli, on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Sheet Pan Sausage and Gnocchi

An easy weeknight dinner of andouille sausage, gnocchi and broccoli on one sheet pan.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and gnocchi.
  3. In a measuring cup, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil with the seasonings. Pour the seasoned oil over the broccoli and gnocchi, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan and add the sliced sausage.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the gnocchi is golden and the broccoli is tender.
  6. While warm, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese (if desired).
