Method
- Score the ham in a diamond pattern by using a sharp knife and cutting 1/2 inch down in the fat or rind sides, if it’s not already done.
- Add the ham to the crock pot.
- In a bowl add the orange marmalade, maple syrup, mustard, and seasonings. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute until the marmalade is melted. Stir the glaze and pour over the ham.
- Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2- 2 1/2 hours, basting halfway through.
- Let the ham rest on the cutting board 10 minutes before slicing.
- Add slices to a serving plate and pour the remaining sauce from the slow cooker over the ham.

- Substitute the orange marmalade for apricot or peach jam
- Substitute the stone ground mustard for yellow mustard, dijon, brown mustard or honey mustard. Any mustard you have on hand will work!
- Substitute honey for the maple syrup.
