Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons grated garlic
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Place the meatballs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, honey, garlic and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs and mix well.
  3. Cook on low 4 hours or high 2 hours.
  4. Serve alone as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta for a main meal.
  5. Add sliced scallions, fresh parsley or sesame seeds for garnish.
