Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen meatballs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons grated garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Method
- Place the meatballs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, honey, garlic and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs and mix well.
- Cook on low 4 hours or high 2 hours.
- Serve alone as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta for a main meal.
- Add sliced scallions, fresh parsley or sesame seeds for garnish.
