The Best Party Dip

An easy dip to whip up using sour cream, cream cheese, roasted red peppers, Rotel and taco seasonings.

  1. Drain the can of Rotel and chop the roasted red peppers finely.
  2. Place the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whisk the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add in the sour cream and beat together until incorporated.
  3. Next, sprinkle in the paprika, chili powder and ranch seasoning. Beat once more with the electric mixer until mixed together.
  4. Then, add in the drained Rotel, roasted red peppers and cheddar cheese. Using a large spoon or spatula, mix everything well.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, up to overnight night for the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve room temperature with tortilla chips, potato chips, Fritos, crackers or veggie sticks and enjoy!
