Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Apples for dipping
Method
- With a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add that mixture into a deep serving dish or bowl.
- Pour the caramel sauce on top.
- Leave as is, or top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, or toffee bits
- Serve with apple slices or graham crackers. Dip and enjoy!
- Refrigerate leftovers.

Notes
Tip! To prevent the apples from turning brown, cut the apples into chunks and soak for 5 minutes in a bowl of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Rinse the apples and pat dry.
