Ham Croissant Breakfast Casserole

This Ham Croissant Breakfast Casserole is the perfect Easter brunch recipe! Buttery croissants, eggs, ham, and white cheddar bake into a rich, cheesy breakfast casserole that’s easy to make ahead and feeds a crowd.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Cut croissants into chunks and place in the dish.
  3. Sprinkle ham and 1 cup of cheese over the croissants.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Dijon.
  5. Pour over the croissants and gently press down.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Optional- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight if desired.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the eggs are set and croissants are golden.
  9. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
