Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ lb corned beef diced
- ½ lb Swiss cheese diced or shredded
- ½ cup Russian dressing or Thousand Island
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- Black pepper to taste
- Cubed brown or rye bread for serving
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in corned beef, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and sauerkraut until combined.
- Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Crack fresh black pepper over the top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with brown or rye bread cubes for dipping.
