Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Place the Boursin cheese in the center of a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the dry orzo pasta all around the cheese.
Add the chicken broth directly into the dish.
Toss in the asparagus, sliced chicken sausage, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
Remove from the oven and mash the cheese and tomatoes gently.
Stir everything together until creamy and fully combined.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice (if using) and adjust seasoning as needed.
