Ingredients

Method

  1. Place an oven-safe skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F. Add the butter and let it melt for 5 minutes while the oven heats—it should sizzle and coat the bottom nicely.
  2. In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Blend for a few seconds until smooth and airy.
  3. Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and immediately pour in the batter. Return to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the Dutch Baby is dramatically puffed and beautifully golden.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the center.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling over the warm Dutch Baby. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a dusting of powdered sugar.
  6. Cut into wedges and enjoy every peachy, buttery bite.
