- Oven safe pan
- Blender
- Salted butter
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Milk
- 1 can Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling
- Cinnamon, for sprinkling
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
How To Make It
Heat your pan: Place an oven-safe skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F. Add the butter and let it melt for 5 minutes while the oven heats—it should sizzle and coat the bottom nicely.

Blend the batter: In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Blend for a few seconds until smooth and airy.

Bake: Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and immediately pour in the batter. Return to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the Dutch Baby is dramatically puffed and beautifully golden.

Finish baking: Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the center.

Top it off: Spoon a generous amount of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling over the warm Dutch Baby. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Serve: Cut into wedges and enjoy every peachy, buttery bite.

Tips
- Don’t open the oven early! The steam is what puffs it up—keep that oven door closed until the first bake is finished.
- Use a hot pan. That sizzling butter helps the batter lift and form those signature crisp, golden edges.
- Serve immediately. Dutch Babies deflate quickly (part of their charm!), so have your toppings ready to go.

Pairing Perfection
- Crispy bacon or breakfast sausage
- Hot coffee or a caramel latte
- A dollop of whipped cream
- Fresh berries for a pop of color
Lucky Leaf has tons of delicious fruit fillings—try swapping peach for blueberry, cherry, or apple depending on your mood or the season. You truly can’t go wrong.
