Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef can substitute ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing- any flavor I prefer Savory Herb or Cornbread
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock can use beef broth or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan
  2. In a large bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing and broth. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and eggs. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Shape into a loaf on the prepared sheet pan. Spread the ketchup on top.
  5. Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
