Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef can substitute ground turkey or chicken
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing- any flavor I prefer Savory Herb or Cornbread
- 1/2 cup chicken stock can use beef broth or water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan
- In a large bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing and broth. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and eggs. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape into a loaf on the prepared sheet pan. Spread the ketchup on top.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
