Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. The batter will be thick!
Press the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is lightly golden. Be careful not to overbake.
Let the bars cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk or water until smooth and pourable.
Drizzle the glaze over the bars. Once fully cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
