Ingredients
For the stuffing balls:
- 3 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 cups diced turkey
- ¼ cup gravy
- 2 eggs whisked
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Oil or nonstick cooking spray
For the cranberry orange dipping sauce:
- ½ cup leftover cranberry sauce
- ⅓ cup orange juice
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, gravy, eggs, and Parmesan. Stir until everything is well mixed. If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash (about ¼ cup) of broth. If it feels too wet, sprinkle in a few breadcrumbs. You’ll know it’s just right when it holds together easily when pressed into a ball.
- Scoop the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and roll into balls. Arrange them on your prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with oil or nonstick spray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- While the stuffing balls bake, add the cranberry sauce and orange juice to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth, then bring to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool before serving.
- Dip your warm stuffing balls into the cranberry orange sauce and enjoy the best of Thanksgiving all over again!
