For the stuffing balls:

  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • ¼ cup gravy
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oil or nonstick cooking spray

For the cranberry orange dipping sauce:

  • ½ cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • ⅓ cup orange juice

How To Make It

Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the stuffing balls:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, gravy, eggs, and Parmesan. Stir until everything is well mixed.

  • If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash (about ¼ cup) of broth.
  • If it feels too wet, sprinkle in a few breadcrumbs.
You’ll know it’s just right when it holds together easily when pressed into a ball.

Shape and bake:
Scoop the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and roll into balls. Arrange them on your prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with oil or nonstick spray.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.

Make the sauce:
While the stuffing balls bake, add the cranberry sauce and orange juice to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth, then bring to a gentle simmer.

Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool before serving.

Serve and enjoy:
Dip your warm stuffing balls into the cranberry orange sauce and enjoy the best of Thanksgiving all over again!
