For the Pizza Balls
- Rimmed Sheet Pan- I’m using a 15″x10″ size, anything similar will work. You could double this and put it on a full sheet pan with more dip quadrants.
- 2 pounds store-bought pizza dough
- Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing pan
Store-Bought Dips (about 12 ounces each)
Here’s what I used, but grab your favorite from the store or make your own!
- Spinach Artichoke Dip
- Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Smokehouse Burnt Ends Dip
- Bacon Ranch Cheddar Dip
Plus toppings for each dip, see below for suggestions
Garlic Parsley Butter
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
- 1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make It
Step 1: Make the Garlic Parsley Butter
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and garlic powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the garlic can infuse the butter.

Step 2: Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 15 x 10 rimmed sheet pan.
Cut pizza dough into 1½-inch pieces and roll into smooth balls.

Arrange dough balls:
- Around the outer perimeter of the pan
- In a cross down the center, dividing the pan into four equal sections
Press the dough balls so they’re touching, creating walls for the dips.

Step 3: Assemble the Tray
Spoon each store-bought dip into its own section of the pan.
Brush the pizza dough balls generously with garlic parsley butter.

Step 4: Bake
Bake at 375°F for 22–25 minutes, until:
- Pizza dough balls are deep golden brown
- Dips are hot, bubbly, and lightly browned on top
Brush the dough balls with remaining garlic butter immediately after baking.
