It comes together in minutes with cream cheese, sour cream, chopped olives, herbs, and blue cheese, plus a hit of garlic and onion powder to deepen the flavor. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies and watch it vanish!

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand Mixer
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • Green olive brine
  • Pimento stuffed green olives, chopped
  • Seasonings- garlic powder, onion powder, fresh cracked black pepper, chopped parsley
  • Sliced green onions
  • Crumbled bleu cheese
  • Fresh lemon juice

How To Make It

Beat the base:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the flavor:
Mix in the sour cream, halve of the bleu cheese crumbles, olive brine, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, green onions, and black pepper. Stir until everything is fully combined.

Fold in the stars:
Gently fold in the remaining crumbled bleu cheese and chopped green olives.

Chill:
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend and the dip can firm up.

Serve:
Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with extra olives, herbs, or a crack of black pepper and dig in!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons green olive brine start with 2, add more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 5 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives chopped

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the sour cream, halve of the bleu cheese crumbles, olive brine, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, green onions, and black pepper. Stir until everything is fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the remaining crumbled bleu cheese and chopped green olives.
  4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend and the dip can firm up.
  5. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with extra olives, herbs, or a crack of black pepper and dig in!
