Doesn’t that cheese pull look scrumptious!? Yum!

We love a side of Biscuit Garlic Knots or Cheesy Garlic Sliders and a big side salad with this dinner.

What you’ll need

  • A large oven safe skillet
  • Lean ground beef – you can also use ground turkey or chicken, or leave out the meat to make it vegetarian
  • Spaghetti sauce (your favorite)- one jar
  • One puck of Boursin cheese, garlic and herb flavor (did you know these are called pucks? Makes me think of playing hockey with cheese :))- you can also use 4 ounces of cream cheese instead of the Boursin cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese– for the topping; this is optional. Leave it off if you don’t like it super cheesy, because the shredded mozzarella will make it over the top cheesy.
  • Frozen mini ravioli – I’m using cheese and spinach filled, use your favorite
  • Seasonings– Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350°F

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook ravioli according to the package directions.

While the ravioli is going, cook the beef.

Place the ground beef in an oven safe skillet over medium heat and cook until no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir the seasonings into the beef until incorporated.

Pour in the sauce and stir everything together. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until the cheese is melted into the sauce.

Drain the ravioli and add to the skillet with the sauce and mix everything together.

Sprinkle over the shredded mozzarella cheese and pop into the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. (optional, you can leave the extra cheese off)

Serve right away and enjoy!
