- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (0.87 oz) brown gravy or au jus packet
- 1 (1 oz) ranch seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncinis
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice, or more to taste. Add an extra 1-3 tablespoons of juice if you like it spicy
How To Make Mississippi Pot Roast Dip
- Mix everything together
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, gravy mix (or au jus), ranch seasoning, chopped pepperoncinis, and pepperoncini juice. - Stir until smooth
Make sure everything is fully incorporated. - Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. - Serve & enjoy!
