How To Make Crock Pot Sweet Chicken Chili Dip
Prep the slow cooker
Spray a 4-quart or larger crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the chicken
Place the chicken breasts directly into the bottom of the slow cooker.

Layer the ingredients
Pour the sweet chili sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix, then add the shredded cheese and the block of cream cheese.
Tip: Shred the cheese yourself and it will melt so smooth
Cook
Cover and cook:
- Low: 4½–5 hours
- High: 2½ hours
Shred and mix
Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it right in the crockpot. (A hand mixer makes this so easy.) Stir everything together until the cream cheese is completely smooth and the dip is creamy.

Finish and serve
Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.
